As a small independent training provider competing with global manufacturers in the Small Bore Tubing training sector, this award is a tremendous boost to our company. We are exceptionally proud of our part in delivering the new SBT competence-based model developed by ECITB and Step Change in Safety. Over the past two years, we have benefitted from the Oil and Gas industry focus on hydrocarbon leak prevention through this model and have responded to our clients SBT training needs by increasing our trainer team from one to six ECITB-certified trainers. We now have two SBT SkillCentres™ in the UK and delivered our first ECITB training course in the Middle East on the same day that we received this award. We are also looking forward to opening a new purpose-built facility in Aberdeen later this year.”
